Until they are published, the short version of what we hold ourselves to: Esquires reviews contracts and marks them up. It is not a law firm and it does not give legal advice, so nothing it returns is covered by attorney client privilege, and a review is not a substitute for your own lawyer on a decision that matters.
What happens to what you upload is described on the security section of the home page, and every claim there is one we can demonstrate.
If you need the terms before they are published — for procurement, or because your own counsel has asked — say so and we will send you what exists in draft.
